Great stuff but must close back up properly
I rarely do reviews, but I have missed a few days without taking this before as away for weekends etc. I won’t be doing so again, I was constipated! It really is great for keeping things moving as they should. It does clump up at the end - you need to be careful to seal back up properly each time.

Bought this to make my L reuteri yogurt and it is excellent. Have had good results I am confident as it is Organic and nothing added. Also the trick to mixing is to put liquid first then sprinkle on top and let the insulin dissolve into liquid then there is no clumping or hard lumps.I will definitely be buying again when it runs out and now going to add to my food as well.

Great product at a good price
Been hearing a lot about the benefits so thought I’d try. Firstly I wanted to buy from a trusted brand.Price is excellent.So easy to add to drinks/cereal/smoothies as adds a little sweetness.I started with 5g then went up to 10g. ( made me ‘gassy’)I’m going to let my body get used to this gradually. So I’ve reduced the quantity to start with to 2-3g. I found that the body needs time to adjust. Will see how it goes before I increase the dose back to 5g.
