After having a cold, I've suffered hayfever effects for several months.. In case this "cold" is actually hayfever, I bought this to clear the bedroom air, and help me sleep.1. When you first press the power button, the fan speed is set to 3 (highest). I prefer 2, as 3 is ideal in the summer as a fan, to cool you down and clean the air at the same time.2. Make sure you press the button to turn on the UV-C light - this zaps bugs and nasty things in the air. UV-C light is amazing, and you should read up on effective UV-c is in hospitals.3.The lowest fan speed is very quiet, obviously designed for night time use.4. By default it runs for 8 hours.5. It looks great - and has a very small footprint. It easily fits on a small bedside table, and cleans the bedroom air .6. I would say that within an hour you notice the effect and after 2 hours, the air feels softer - even in a large double room, which is several feet over the recommended room size.

I purchased this product for my wife who had a persistent dry cough and tightness in her chest. My thinking was that the HEPA filters combined with the UV germicidal system might filter, clean and purify the air at home and thereby lessen the dust born irritations in her lungs. Her cough, breathing and wellness after five weeks has improved out of all recognition. She cannot thank me enough for buying this product. It has improved her overall health and energy levels tremendously. I very much recommend this air purifier. It does the job at a very reasonable price.

I was a bit daunted by all the different air purifiers available but after a lot of research and reading reviews I went for this one. Not the cheapest, (and definitely not the most expensive!!) But it seemed to offer everything I was looking for. I have had it a month now and I am super pleased with the difference it has made. I have various allergies and sensitivities and had a continual runny nose and sore throat for ages which has gone despite it being cold season. I keep it on 24/7. Having the fan speed on low means it is quiet enough not to affect sleep. The ioniser and UV lamp stay on continuously. It makes the air quality so much fresher and I have not noticed any doggy smells, (I have 2 little pups), since getting it. Very pleased!

I purchased this in September was pleased with this item to start with. The noise needed bother my newborn baby at the time when using during warm weather. Unfortunately just come to just it today as we are decorating and as we haven’t used it for two months it’s stopped working for no reason. I have replace the fuse and that hasn’t work to fix the problem. So I’m actually now disappointed after spending all that money to use in my baby room and downstairs it doesn’t work, so looks like it will be left for the scrap man to collect.

I purchased this as in the summer i struggle with hey fever and in the winter i suffer with a stuffy nose.This is perfect for cleaning the air in my bedroom and i can definately tell the difference.I put it on for an hour or two before bed and put a timer on for another hour whilst i go to sleep.The tower style design makes sure it takes up less room.All the controls can be accessed on the top and are simplr and easy to use.Many good night sleeps ahead for me!

I was led to reviewing air purifiers through a life hack blog and came across the LavieAir air purifier, I liked the feature list and the price in comparison was to my eyes reasonable, you get a lot for the money so I purchased after an answer was given by the makers/suppliers. Even after a few days, I wake up noticeably less congested which was a big problem for me, and just for that reason alone I can thoroughly recommend the LavieAir.

Great product, noisy on high but we still sleep with that on , but the lower is quieter, when you put it on you can actually tell the difference in the air I’ve been using mine for a couple months now , only thing I’m not 100%happy with is the replacement filters there hard to get hold of and the one I got wasn’t as good as the original, but I could still tell the difference when I put it on , Sort out the filters please and I will be very happy ,
