After taking another look through the box, we found that all the parts were actually there — and once we put it together, the chair turned out great! It looks awesome and works perfectly. My earlier concern was a simple mix‑up on our end, and I truly appreciate the seller’s quick response and patience while we sorted it out. Thank you for being so understanding. Very comfortable chair easy assembly rgb lights look great only thing is you have to charge the chair but if you do most people end up ripping the cord out cause you forget your charging it .so the work around i did was get a small square battery charger .charge that then mount it to back of chair now your chair is cord free so when that gets low you take charger pack off chair recharge it then your chair wont rip cord out also last alot longer than normal!

UPDATE: I reached out to the seller about this issue and was able to get a brand new chair sent to me. Literally the best customer service I have experienced yet through amazon (I haven't had many issues). The seller was very responsive and accommodating, it took 2 days from the time I contacted the seller to receive the replacement chair. I am hoping I will not experience this issue again. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I loved this chair, the lights and massager were very nice BUT the entire arm rest came out of the chair and the other arm rest is loose. I haven’t even had this chair for a month. I am not sure what to do about this issue because in order to fix it I would have to rip a whole in the back of the chair.

We bough this chair for my sons birthday he is in love with it he said its comfortable I love the quality and the price was amazing it wasn’t that expensive I think it was a great price it did took a little time for my husband to build it but instructions were really easy I do recommend this chair if you have a son that’s it’s always in their room playing

Test before you build, the LEDs on one side don’t work. The holes on the back didn’t line up correctly, so bolts wouldn’t go in properly until new holes popped niched in material. Quality is quite poor, even for the price. Would make sense if it were a $50 chair that wasn’t defective at arrival.

This chair was a great choice for my son's room the quality is amazing super comfortable the back support is also really good.
