Good source of general servicing and repair information
This book is a great source of information for doing general servicing and repairs to your W124. There are clearly laid out step-by-step instructions with an abundance of accompanying photos to assist you. If you own a W124 Mercedes and want to do your own repairs or servicing, this book is well worth buying - however... If you (like me) have a W124 300CE-24 be aware that this book might not hold all the answers! There are many subtle variations in the engine and ancillaries of this model and the book may or may not help you.

If you own a Mercedes-Benz W124 and enjoy working on your own car, this Haynes manual is a great investment. It covers everything from routine maintenance to major repairs, so it’s useful whether you’re changing fluids or tackling bigger projects

The book is exactly what I was looking for. Not very happy with a month for it to ship from Vancouver to a little south of Edmonton. That seems quite extravagant.
