Actually when I unbox the seal outer body see medicine box is with dust and scratch... As per marketing show lots of benefit but though dnt know how beneficial?? Already intake 2 capsule but not feeling like that.. Not fully satisfied.. Dnt know what happened after 60 days!!!!

Multi-vitamins are nowadays being a recommended part of our lives given our stressful fast lifestyle and far from ideal eating habits. This one is just the right supplement to boost overall energy levels and effeciency (Ginseng, ginkgo biloba, iron, iodine are great to have). Why I know it works is because after using it for a week now I could feel my energy levels have improved and no noticeable side effects. Apart from the smell it is good to go. For this price, it’s a decent buy. Caution: Just be sure not to give it to children or older people since they don’t need as much of these nutrients as an adult requires. And drink atleast 2-3 ltr of water a day or you could smell. Update: I’ve completed the whole bottle. The tablets were uniform and standard looking. I did feel extreme change in my body while taking this. Must be the real dosage was less they claimed. I have tried other brand’s multivitamins with similar dosage which made me feel more energetic. So I would say this is not the best.
