Stryker SR-A10MM Magnetic Mount CB & 10-Meter Radio Antenna

The antenna has a long stinger and on a standard pickup you might find placing it on top of the cab may have some issues. But after installing it my swr was 1.0. it has great coverage and is built solid. It is not cheap but is a high quality antenna.

Best antenna that I have ever owned. I have owned Wilsons, K40, Browning and more and this one beats them all hands down.

This is the second one that I have purchased. Works great.

Antenna came bent. Couldn't get SWR below 4.0. Found coax connecter pin lose. I ordered a new base and coax only. Part was shipped over 2 weeks ago and is in NC and not moving. Contacted Stryker and was told one it leaves there facility its out of there hands. Contacted USPS and was told it is up to shipper to inquire about lost packages'. Contacted Stryker with no response.

2nd A-10 Stryker antenna bought. First was NMO MOUNTED and broken off. Best antenna's for mobile 10 meters I've owned.used with icom 706mk2g mobile. My receive and transmit distance were noticeably improved as soon as I plugged it in. The little blue transmit light is a bit gimmicky and, to be honest, I'm a bit worried about getting stopped at night for having a flashing blue light on my roof. I was able to get good SWR's well above and below 11m (cb) channels (I am a licensed ham). Be mindful of the screw off end on the coax. Make sure it's fully seated and tight. I didn't have it tightened when I installed it and my SWR's were high. Be sure to not bunch up the coax when routing it into your vehicle. Make sure the set screws are tight but not overly tight as to strip them. The allen wrench to tighten the set screws is included. It's small be careful not to lose it. Harbor frieght has replacements cheap. The whip is very flexible. Even with the extra height over the Lil' Wil it makes much less noise when it smacks tree limbs. I have mine mounted on top of a minivan so it sits higher than most cars. The antenna itself unscrews easily from the magnet to get into parking garages or to deter theft. Stryker also includes a "weather cap" that screws in place of the antenna should you want to leave it off with out removing the magnet. A replacement whip is around $15 should you cut it too short or in the unlikely event you bend it too much. Over all it's a good buy. A bit pricey but much better than the other magnet mounts I've tried. I have mine paired to a Stryker 94-hpc, also available on amazon.

So I read the reviews of the previous people who purchased this product. I must’ve read three or four times how the whip antenna was not included, or they did not get it. So I was very concerned when my box came until I opened it. The whip antenna was there along with everything else in a packaged product box. The original container box. Needless to say, I love it! I drive a Dodge Dooley and I have a CB radio, but I was using the little Wilson antenna which wasn’t doing much for my reception or what I put out. Let me tell you this. This striker CB antenna is phenomenal.

I love the product but it did not come with the stainless whip when delivered. Useless without the whip.
