The best EMS notepad.
This is by far the best EMS notebook Iโve used. I donโt like using the tablet to try to input a PCR when dealing with a hectic scene. Being able to whip this out of my pocket and quickly jot info is a lifesaver. I then transfer to the ePCR when things have settled down or on the ride to the hospital. My problem with other notepads has been missing fields for basic necessities like SPo2 or insufficient space to add notes. This book has everything I regularly need, plenty of space, and a very neat layout that makes it easy to record info. The covers are thick plastic and make the book easy to write in. The sheets are plasticized and while I wouldnโt consider them waterproof, I would consider them water resistant (does fine in rain). The spiral is plastic so the book can be in the presence of magnetic fields like in MRI rooms. I like the body diagram for recording physical trauma or burns visually, and the entries for multiple sets of vitals. Thereโs really not much Iโd change. Maybe bring the price per notebook down by a dollar or two, but overall, Iโm very happy and will continue to buy.

Very good for an EMT
You can write on it easily with a pen. Is laid out logically. Room for each patient information and chief complaint. Room for multiple vitals and evaluation. I am studying as an emt and like this notebook.

Layout is a Bit Off for EMS/Prehospital
Pretty clear EMS didn't write this there's some pretty silly use of space and lack of some simple vitals, read other reviews below. However, I just jot down the extra bits ahead of time. It's decent, the write-in-rain is really why I got it. I usually use a normal paper notepad to write out the events before completing the PCR (then burn the notepad, don't HIPPA guys). Or back of glove for vitals and important info. However, for field conditions when your ambu is a long jog, helo, or flat not coming, this is the bees knees.

Plenty of room to write
This was a great notepad for internships. It definitely lasted a decent amount of calls and hospital rotations. There is plenty of room to write extra steps, I love the picture of the body on here so that I can circle any DCAPBTLS findings. It's a slightly larger note pad but it fits in my pockets and jacket pockets well.
