I have Hypermobility in my hips which causes a lot of pain walking, sitting & lying down. Recently I have been trying to position hot water bottles of varying sizes around my hips which is frustrating! They don’t stay where I want them, they make my skin tender with the heat (even with a cover on) as I need then on the same areas for prolonged amounts of time and they dig in and cause added discomfort around my back as of course they’re not flat.THIS product has just changed EVERYTHING for me in just the last 24 hrs! I can use it on the sofa and it wraps perfectly around my hips. It’s just the right temperature & instantly starts soothing. I’ve even been able to stand up from sitting without pain after using on the sofa! It is extremely soft against my tender hips and last night I had my first full nights sleep in months! It stays on for roughly an hour and a half which after using all evening was enough time to help me drift of into a painless sleep 😴I’ve NEVER left a review before but this product is worth leaving a review for especially as I’m certain it can help others out there in similar pain.

My heat-pad stopped auto-cut off at about 12 months but it was still working apart from that. At about 14/15 months it packed up completely. I recently developed diabetic neuropathy in my feet and found that heat helped with the discomfort. I was looking for something more versatile after using a hot water bottle. The Laxycare heating pad ticked all the boxes. I ordered the large size pad and haven’t looked back.The pad is thin but robust and while it can conform to any shape it retains its integrity. The pad comes with an elastic strap attacked so can be affixed to something like a chair back or leg and also comes with a webbed strap (unattached) for a firmer attachment method. The power cord attaches firmly to the pad and does not come undone without effort. The controller is slightly chunky but easy and clear to use. The pad itself is so very soft and well finished. I turn it on and slip my feet under to give them a warm fuzzy break.My one and only complaint is that my cats have discovered it and I may have to buy a second one so I can have this one to myself again lol

I bought one of these 6 months ago because I got so sick of having to fill my water bottle so many times per day. I have chronic pain from spinal nerve damage, which is basically constant, despite whatever medication I'm using. This provides me with an additional level of pain relief that allows me to sit for longer at a time. I have used one of these pads all day every day for 6 months, it's even been abroad with me as it's easily packed in the suitcase.As I found it so beneficial, I've just bought myself a second one as I got sick of moving it from one room to another. It also has the added benefit of being very flexible and very flat, so it doesn't interfere with your posture at all when sitting. If heat generally helps you, then this will be ideal. Oh and (bear in mind that I have hypersensitivity due to my nerve damage), but I've literally never had to go above the first heat setting and it has 3.

Ordered this Laxycare Heating Pad to ease the dull constant pain from my S.I. Joint in my pelvis. The package arrived quickly and upon opening I soon realized this was a quality product. CE Certification speaks for itself and the pad is a good size, very soft and can be used on any part of your body requiring the soothing comfort of controlled heat. The pad has 3 heat settings and the relief it gives to aches and pains is fantastic, my only complaint is you become so cozy and comfortable that sleep is inevitable. Auto off after 90 minutes is a useful feature but the pad can be physically turned off for a few seconds and then back on to reset the 90 minute timer and heat. The pad has a 2 year warranty so should last. It really is a great comfort and I can't recommend it enough. Buy one, you won't be disappointed.

I use a heating pad on my lap most evenings to provide some heating and comfort when I am reading. I usually buy Dreamland ones but now feel they are overpriced. Well in terms of size and finish I wish I had stuck with them. This one seems to big for a lap (I should have looked more carefully at the measurements) and has a strap which goes across it which I don't use and annoys me somewhat. There are only three heat settings and as others have commented it does not get that hot. The heat control seems clunky compared to the dreamland. I will not be buying another one but it works and therefore a generous 4 stars.

Strap broke within 2 days. I wanted to wait to review until I had used it for a bit (pictures are from 2nd week of use). 3 months out the heat around the edges was already going and now 5 months of use out the heat is entirely localized to the center and it’s so unwieldy without the strap because it is a nice, large size. It’s still worth the price in the end - but be ready for the heat to shift and maybe reinforce the strap ASAP when you get it.
