Got my Vitamin D levels up on my labs quickly
I have problems keeping my Vitamin D levels above deficient, and this product quickly brought them up. I get joint pain and feel awful when my levels are low. Great product, obviously absorbs well for me (based on my doctor’s labwork). D3 has K2 which is good for heart health. 5000IU is perfect amount and if vitamin D is low in winter, then you can take 2. I like that it does not have extras in it.

Works great
This works great on me I take magnesium glycinate at night, it works together. Take the d3k2 in morning with fat to absorb. (Recommended Dr Berg) wasn’t sure about this company but having success
