I love, love, LOVE my Nespresso!! I use it every day and haven’t had any mechanical issues. While the cleaning/troubleshooting isn’t super intuitive, I’ve found their website to be extremely helpful when navigating cleaning cycles or errors. I also love that nespresso offers a recycling program. While I haven’t played around with manual fill pods, I’ve heard good things about them too. However, as a review chiefly of the machine itself, it works great, produces high quality, consistent product, and is cute as a button! I actually travel with mine a fair amount and have found that it is sturdy enough to withstand being in the back of my car for weekend journeys. I’ve become a believer! I truly think that this is a cost effective, excellent way to have excellent tasting espresso at home without having a giant steam powered machine that you have to learn to use and calibrate. I have a friend with a proper machine and I’ve seen him go through a pound of beans just to calibrate the grind. Nah—I just pop a pod in, start my milk frother in the morning, and I’m good to go. I will say the machine is loud, but I live alone so it isn’t an issue for me.

I am in love!! 🥰 I wanted to make coffee at home because who can afford to go to a coffee place every day? Not me. I know what I like in coffee drinks but I'm not a barista. Don't want it to be too complicated or cost more than my car. Don't know how or want to figure out how to make espresso from scratch but realized espresso IS what I want. After much researching, finally, like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, I found THE ONE! THIS ONE! So easy, quick, compact for my small kitchen and all I have to do is buy the pods (of which there are tons of choices and available pretty much everywhere), pop one in and my Nespresso Verruo Pop does the rest, making me a perfect espresso every time. I like mine iced and with a little Half and Half and a shot of creamer, VOILA! I'm a Barista! ((Well, my Nespresso is actually!) And I pay less than half of what I used to for the same drink at my old fling, the coffee shop. In less than 3 minutes. True love is grand! (Or ground, whichever 😁🥰)

I’m in love with this machine it has been amazing waking up to delicious coffee everyday. It works flawlessly with smooth floor easy to clean empty and refill with your variety of custom colors you’ll be happy as can be. Fair price! Fast brew. Creamy coffee with excellent heat.

Holy Molly! I personally never had a cup of coffee like this. The crema really adds to the taste. I have had a Keurig machine before and I really wasn't impressed. I also felt bad contributing to our planet's plastic issue. The coffee taste the same or maybe not as good as a regular drip coffee machine. I decided to try this one as I like the idea of making one cup at a time vs a whole pot. I also like that you can recycle the pods. I got the vintage yellow machine. Great color. I cleaned the machine as recommended and put in my first pod. I chose decaf(which was included in the box). Everything worked as it should. The smell was wonderful, just like a coffee shop. Time for the taste test. I added my favorite creamer and took a sip. It was amazing! I couldn't believe how good the coffee was. It was similar to the coffee from a coffee barista . Now I am wondering why I waited so long to make this purchase. Yes the coffee is a little on the expensive side. But the quality is so much better. I bought this to use in my rv, but now I will use it here at home as well. I have a small kitchen and it doesn't take much room. Super easy to use, just push one button.

I purchased a Nespresso machine about a year ago, and unfortunately, it has been one of the most frustrating product experiences I have ever had. Since the day I bought it, the machine has constantly malfunctioned. In an entire year, I have been able to use it no more than five times before it stopped working again. This is completely unacceptable for a premium-priced coffee machine that is marketed as reliable and high quality. What makes this situation even worse is the way Nespresso customer service has handled the issue. Even though my machine is clearly still under warranty, the company has repeatedly refused to replace or exchange the unit. Instead, every time I contact customer support, I am told to “fix it myself” while staying on the phone or FaceTime for up to two hours at a time. I have spent countless hours following troubleshooting steps, resetting the machine, taking videos, and explaining the same problem over and over again to different representatives — all with no permanent solution. The machine inevitably breaks again after minimal use. What I find especially troubling is that I was told if I no longer need the machine, I could send it back to Nespresso for recycling, and that they would repair it themselves. This raises a serious concern: does this mean the company takes the machine I paid for, repairs it at no cost to them, and then resells it to someone else? If that is the case, it feels incredibly unfair. Is this what I paid for — a defective machine that I barely got to use, only to be told to give it back so the company can refurbish and profit from it, while I am left with nothing? As a customer, I do not believe it is reasonable to expect someone to repeatedly act as a repair technician for a defective product, especially when the product is still covered by warranty. A warranty should mean repair or replacement, not endless troubleshooting calls that waste the customer’s time and energy. I chose Nespresso because of its reputation for quality and customer care, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. Instead of feeling supported, I feel ignored and dismissed. At this point, I have lost confidence in both the product and the brand. I would strongly caution potential buyers to think twice before purchasing a Nespresso machine, especially if they value reliability and responsive customer service. A premium brand should stand behind its products — unfortunately, in my experience, Nespresso has failed to do so.

I literally use this every morning, I can’t believe it’s not more expensive! The strength is good, nothing like a weak gross kcup. My husband likes the 7oz cups and I prefer the double shot—it’s so versatile! Tastes amazing and I’m saving so much money on takeout coffee now. You also get free gifts on your first 3 pod orders from their website! The glass mugs are super cute. If you recycle, nespresso also sends you free recycling bags to mail back FREE to recycle used pods.

My husband tried this Nespresso machine at our son's house while on vacation. He loved the strong flavored coffee. Works well but gave it a 4 star because you cannot designate a cup size. It only depends on the pod size you use. Also the expresso isn't hot enough. My husband has to microwave it after fixing for 15 seconds.

Over the past 2 years I have bought 4 of these machines and gifted them to the coffee lovers in my life, 3 of whom are college students who find it the ultimate luxury to make their own coffee/espresso in their dorm room or apartment, and the other went to my mom, who, at 85, was ready for a pod experience. Everyone LOVES these workhorse espresso machines! Super easy to set up, super easy to clean because there is essentially no mess with these machines! They all have mentioned they prefer the double espresso or coffee pod sizes over the single espresso size because the smallest size does not produce enough coffee for their liking. But that is the great thing about this machine - so many choices! Make enough shots of espresso or coffee and this machine pays for itself soon enough. High recommend!

Perfect size, great colour. It does leak a little so after I finish a brew I empty the water canister. I like the machine.
