Why is my blood oxygen reading inconsistent?

Check three things first: fully insert your dry, clean finger (no dark nail polish) into the probe; keep your hand still during measurement; and make sure the device has enough power. Try a different finger if needed.

How long for a stable reading?

Usually 5-10 seconds with proper finger placement. If it fluctuates for over 15 seconds, avoid bending your finger and keep the device away from strong light or phones.

Why won’t the screen light up?

Check power first: ensure batteries are installed correctly (or fully charged). Press the power button for 2-3 seconds (not a short press). If it still fails, the device may be defective.

It can work with batteries, or you can use it without batteries by plugging it into a power source.

How to clean the probe?

Turn off the device, wipe the probe’s inner surface with a 75% alcohol cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or soak it. Air-dry before use.
