Helped with my IBS

I take these for my IBS and they have absolutely helped me out. I take them twice a day (morning and nights) with food and they work. There is a little bit of a taste with them that's hard to describe but the fact that they work means the slight taste doesn't matter at all. Priced fairly and easy to use. I'll keep using them.
