Used to aid focus for ADHD. Wanted small caffiene doses so this 100mg version is perfect. Use 200mg (2 tablets) per day. 1 in the morning and another at 1pm. Can take any where and tweek as activities allow. Takes about 20 minutes to cut in. A lot cheaper than a coffee or tea as well needing no time. Works for me.

This delivers the promised dose of wakefulness and focus. Helps when traveling to reset body clock and keep going.

Late afternoon or early evening is best, they really helped me focus on studies and also pretty good as a pre-workout tab.

These capsules work excellently, exactly as expected. The energy level is what you would expect from a shot of espresso (80-100mg), suggesting the caffeine is well measured and pure but will release and be absorbed quite rapidly in comparison, so exercise caution. Effects of L-theanine are not clearly evident, although this lines up with research findings so don’t worry too much about it. Each capsule is about a centimetre, with the bottle being around 200ml at 10cm tall. Note that the outer casing is made with gelatine and cellulose so is unfortunately unsuitable for vegetarians or vegans, however is very easy to swallow compared to some other products with just a little water. Ensure enough water is used so the capsule doesn’t get stuck or become sticky as this can cause the powder to release prematurely and have a very unpleasant taste. I’d consider this product good value for money, easily a 6 month supply with moderate use. Works perfectly effectively with my only concern being the rapid absorption of caffeine compared to coffee, although this is a good dosage.

Worked very good for me. But I crashed badly after so make sure to eat enough food after 3 hours because I crashed after 4 hours later. Important thing, make sure to sleep enough otherwise if you are doing exams, you will feel fully awaken but have bad brain fog.

Very effective in helping me get up in the mornings before I have my morning tea. Great help on days after a night of poor sleep or when I need to get up very early.

I find that compared to energy drinks, this takes effect quite smoothly and doesn't give me a caffeine crash. I did notice that I have been having headaches since I've started taking them, I don't know if its just me or if its a side effect. It's not too bad though, I'd rather have a slight headache than suffer from being tired all day.

Item is suspected fake and/or counterfeit. Little to no caffeine content as advertised, tested on multiple individuals with multiplied dosage with no results. Better results from taking fresh air. Avoid, couldn't even get a refund.

This helps to calm the roller coaster in the mind while not making you drowsy. You are not affected by the caffeine negatively like other products that combine it. It’s very effective and is my go to for help with my mood and focus. Other products that have caffeine in them affect my A-Fib but this doesn’t which is very important as I’m limited on what I can take due to that. This is more effective than Zoloft and Lexapro except when I don’t take this I don’t have side effects.
