Winco 26" x 18" Aluminum Bake/Roast Pan with Handle

I wish this fit into our gas oven but it didn't. It's my fault that I didn't first measure the inside of our oven before ordering it but since we have a large family (7 children), we ALWAYS buy large, over-sized cookware in general, so we just figured that it'd work out. Anyhow, the pan was well made, stamped aluminum; like a commercial kitchen would use. We have other identical (but smaller) pans to this and love them, as they never "lose their finish" like so many so-called non-stick pans start off like but end up garbage in short order. These pans can be harshly scrubbed and always come out like new again. Highly recommended.

This is a good quality pan. The aluminum sheet is very thick and sturdy. I wish I could use it. I ordered the largest roasting pan I could find without really thinking about it. I'm going to have to return it, because it is comically oversized for my oven. It makes my oven look like some kind of dollhouse furniture.

The 3” sides are perfect for holding 10lbs of shrimp,25 small potatoes,10 onions,24 ears of corn, 6 Hillshire smoked sausage cut in 1” pieces, 6 lemons cut in half and 3 bags crab boil. After boiling everything and ready to serve.

I gave 4 stars because it came with a dent in the middle of the pan. It's not a bad dent but you want your pan dent free. Shipping companies are part of it but the box wasn't overly helping the issue. Seem fairly stout and good, the price is fare but I come to expect cheaper prices for Asian imports.

Whose idea was it to put the plastic sticker with gorilla adhesive INSIDE the pan?? Nearly impossible to remove. It cannot be soaked off because the sticker is plastic. It is very thin so has to be removed slowly and carefully with a razor blade. I still haven't managed to remove the glue. I would return the pan but I've already scratched it trying to remove the fricking sticker. I am pissed the **** off!
