The Incredible Dr. Pol Season 12

This show is consistently interesting, with a nice balance between work and getting to know the Pol family. I have a feeling he does a lot of old fashioned medicine, but it works! I like the way he explains things to the viewer as he works, explaining procedures and potential problems and interesting facts.What doesn't work for me as well in this review process is the way a large percentage of reviewers openly state that they love this show but have issues with how "Amazon" distributes the episodes. The rating system indicates, the moment you hit the one-star button, "I hate this show". The way to most effectively address issues with streaming or distribution is through Amazon Instant Video, who NEVER reads these reviews. The people who look at these reviews are potential buyers, who, when they glance at the overall rating, often just notice that it's a one-star rated show, and they pass it by for something with a higher rating. When I do experience an issue with streaming or or distribution, I do contact Amazon Instant Video at 1-877-442-1958, I don't make any problems about my review. They will explain to you, if you do call, that they actually want you to have access to your video and there is absolutely nothing in it for them to distribute them slowly, and that they have to wait for the distributor to release them. As soon as they do, Amazon does release them. Until the distributor does that, their hands are tied. I do think it's important to report any issues, like, a consistent delay of several days, they need to hear about, or some kind of glitch in how the video plays. That being said, it not only isn't very accurate or fair to the show or its potential viewers to rate a show that you like so much, you are anxious to see each episode ASAP as " I hate it", it's actually not effective in terms of resolving your problems that have nothing to do with the content.

If I could choose 1/2 STAR I WOULD! The service has been consistently worse. You already have MY MONEY for the whole season! I have about 30 shows and this is my favorite. Amazon PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! OR I'll just wait until it comes out on DVD or find another source.

If you pay for a season, then I would expect for it to post as the plot plays out. Why is it taking so long for them to post the show. I dont recall Netflix having this issue. I have always been a huge fan of the show and I would like to finish the season like usual........If Amazon gets it together. I plan to ask for a refund if they do not post something here shortly.

Love the show...wish Amazon would get the episodes up on time or even at all. Bought season 12 but only have 5 episodes of that right now. Amazon also keeps trying to force me to buy the episodes all over again, even though I bought the whole season at the beginning. If this continues I'll not be buying the next season on Amazon.

For 12 seasons Dr Pol and his team has helped owners with their pets. Whether they are puppies or fowl, Dr Pol and his team won't give up. Great show for animal lovers and people who want to learn about being a vet.

Dr. Pol has the kind of stamina I can only wish for. I've been watching for several seasons, and learn new things regularly that are useful to keep in mind for my own critters. Love the method of teaching and the entertainment! Appreciate the compassion for the owners as well as for the animals themselves.

We love the show but bought season 12 and we stopped getting the episodes after 5. Why??

Dr Poll and his family and staff are all great!!! I personally love watching the shows back to back, so buying the seasons and watching them in prime is a no brained for me.
