I bought this to try to replicate a creamy mushroom and truffle pasta dish I had at this wonderful little restaurant, and this did not disappoint. My attempt was not as good as the original, but it was still delicious! My whole family enjoyed the truffle in the dish.

To make truffle paste! Truffle pasta! Truffle pizza!! Buy!! NUT u have to use within the week!! So keep that in mind! A little goes a long way! Did truffle pasta twice and truffle paste for 6 people!! Add Parmesan cheese- the GOOD kind!
