It's a wonderful product best for parkinson, neuro, patients. even good for post partum or recovery after any surgery patients. A perfect back rest need no back support

Missing parts and poor customer treatment post-sell
Defective product delivered without the headrest.Replacement ordered.Amazon pick-up guy was extremely rude and refused replacement by saying product is okay despite repeated requests by us for taking a look at the product,we also asked him to take pictures of it,he didn't care. The seller is absolutely irresponsible.

Comfy
I live in a tiny studio apartment, i can't afford an expensive recliner, so i bought this, the smell goes away, i left it under the sun for couple of hours, this is so comfortable, i read books, play handheld games, console games, binge watch a tv show or just sit there being lazy or on my laptop it works, do i need a lazyboy someday yes but when life gives you lemon just enjoy a good lemonade, for the size and price 5/5 this seller beats all their competition
