Great Way To Expand Collapsed Sidewalls On Stiff Trailer Tire
I had a new 235/80/16 trailer tire that had been shipped/stored so tightly the beads were touching. I got it on the rim but couldn't get the bead to pop up no matter what I tried (from a Cheetah to ether/fire... it was too collapsed). A tube was not something I'd considered, as they can be prone to pinching due to flex in the tire but in this instance it was my absolute best option. It took some work to get it stuffed into the tire properly but sure enough it worked like a charm and got the beads popped up/sealed against the rim. Tubes aren't commonly recommended in road going tires because the flex/bounce in a radial tire can cause pinching and punctures. I decided to leave the tire in the driveway under direct sun for a few days while fully inflated. After 4-5 days I put it back on the tire machine and pulled one bead down and slowly worked the tube out, stuck a bolt-in valve stem in and sure enough it popped right back onto the bead without issue. I'll save this for the next time I have an issue with one of my high load trailer tires, it's a common issue. I'd be curious to see if I can do the same process without mounting the tire on the rim and just leaving the inflated tube inside the unmounted tire. That would make things even easier! We'll see/I'll be on the lookout for this issue.

Good quality
Used to repair tires that had a sidewall gash from running flat. The tires can be used as spares now, but as we all know, any major sidewall puncture cannot safely be used on the highway. Heavy duty thickness makes for a good product.

Disappointed in my purchase.
One of the Tubes split open a day after air was placed in it. No I did not overfill. Had to throw it away and purchase one at a local garage for my pool. Tube either old or defective. Not functional or worth the money.

To save good tires
Seem to be durable products that helped saved new tires that were vandalized.
