I purchased this shampoo to manage dandruff and have used it over a period of time to see how it performs. In terms of effectiveness, it does what it claims : after a few uses, I noticed a visible reduction in flakes and less itching. The formula feels more like a treatment than a regular shampoo, so it’s not something I’d use daily. It can be slightly drying, and the scent is quite medicinal rather than cosmetic, which may not appeal to everyone. Using a conditioner alongside it helps balance that out. Overall, it’s a practical and effective option for dandruff control. It may not be the most pleasant in terms of texture or scent, but it delivers results.

This shampoo works really well and helped reduce my dandruff after a few washes. It leaves my scalp feeling clean and fresh without drying out my hair. Good quality, easy to use, and great value for money. I would definitely buy it again.

It’s also easy to work into a routine since you only need to use it a couple of times a week. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that it can be a bit drying if used too frequently, so pairing it with a good conditioner is important. The bottle size could also be larger for the price, especially if you’re using it regularly. That said, the effectiveness is hard to beat. If you struggle with persistent dandruff or scalp irritation, this shampoo is definitely worth trying. It delivers real results and brings relief quickly.

So over the years I've tried many different products to address the flaking of my scalp. Originally it was the coal based products but they only seemed to last a limited time. After some research into the best treatment it seemed that the key to addressing the symptoms long term was a shampoo with Ketoconazole. Decided to try Nizoral as it had this active ingredient in it. Have to admit that I've been shocked by the difference this has made. I've used this over a few months, as I don't now need to use this every time I wash my hair, but the difference is remarkable. I use this shampoo maybe once a week, using normal shampoo for other times. This means that it lasts a long time but also prevents the flakiness from occuring. Really pleased with this product and moving forward will always make sure I've got a shampoo with Ketoconazole as an ingredient.

Fantastic product. My scalp had become more 'angry'. Itching, sore and sensitive. I tried other products hoping they would help, they didn't. Within an hour of washing my hair the itching started again. I was at the end of my tether. Finding this shampoo was probably the last straw. I suddenly realised that I might have an infection or something. Wish I had realised earlier. Anyway, even after the first use I noticed a massive difference. Probably 70%+ improvement. This bottle may be small compared to others but realise that it's not meant to be used frequently like others. It's amazing. Another amazing thing.. I had an itch on my back. Thought it maybe a thyroid issue because it does dry your skin out. Well, lets just say I put this shampoo on a back brush, foamed it up and put it on my back and left for a few mins. Wow, same result. So if you have a weird itch that wont go away.. try this shampoo on it. It may just help :) Hugely recommended!

I never review products but I ordered this to deal with eczema and it transformed my skin so reviewing in case it can help someone else. Dupilumab/Dupixent can treat body eczema really well but because it suppresses your immune system you can get stubborn face eczema that is made worse by fungal outgrowth on your skin. I use Nizoral on my face, and it stopped my face flare ups the next day. I use the same instructions as for dandruff but applied to my face and it works perfectly.

Love this product. Im allergic to everything. Shampoos burn. This is the only shampoo I can use. Highly recommend trying this if you have allergies to other shampoos. I use it every other day. On 2nd day I just water rinse hair and it still looks good. I was struggling with scalp burns and dreadful itching. Literally I used this once and my head almost stopped burning and itching. Within 4 days it had stopped burning. V v impressed with it.

Its a very good product but this time Product Original packaging was not properly sealed. Its disappointing.
