W they fit perfectly look exactly how they do in the picture easy putting in spikes easy all 10 spikes 6m/m great quality very comfortable and good for the price I paid if u really want these u should get them in my honest opinion

Spikes not included
The track shoes are nice but didn't come with the spikes. Had to drive an hour to go to dicks to purchase spikes for the shoes

Great shoe, especially for the price.
My son runs the 1600 M for his high school track team. His friends are wearing some $170 shoes but that's a little bit more than I'm comfortable paying. I got these shoes for around $50 and he absolutely loves them! And he has shaved his 1600 M time as well.
