It worked for me
I bought this Pectolase to see if it would help clear a batch of Summer Fruit Mead I had made which was still cloudy after a month. As you can see from the pictures it produced an amazing result and they may help you make your own mind up as to whether it works or not. I'm not implying that this product will work on all wines but I will definitely use it again.

Destroys pectin swiftly and leaves a clear beer
I used this to bring clarity to a hazy fruit beer, the 800g cleared a metric ton of beer in tank in less than 24 hours at three degrees centigrade, excellent, no flavour residue and very little sediment left.
