Misaligned Padding, Defective Construction
This seemed like such a great deal at first, but upon receiving the backpack I noticed that the pads lining the internal framing weren't aligned properly. I have photos as proof. Notice how the bottom strap-pad that's meant to wrap around the waist isn't evenly spaced from the middle. When this is buckled around your waist, it pulls the entire backpack into an uneven weight distribution that would be killer on the body and back after long periods of use.I need a backpack that I can use every day for extended periods, and the way this one fit me was simply unusable. So I'm returning it. Mine was possibly more defective than others, but I thought this necessary to share.

Read before you buy!!!!!
Haven't used it to hike with yet and the stiching on the outer pockets are ripping. Not one pocket but three(((wait.five holes after taking photos)))). Nothing but a small water bottle will fit unless packed inside. The zippers aren't well made and come undone easily on all pockets with barely anything in them. Just junk unless your packing for one night and not using anything but the inside.

This could be an amazing backpack.
I gave this a 3. This could be an amazing backpack. Its comfortable, even with 15kilos of wet sandy stuff. However, if it's going to be a travel/hiking pack, it really needs to be made out of more flexible materials. There is no give/flexibility in the material its constructed out of. No elasticity in the side net pockets. So they tear very very easily. These rips occurred the first time I put my water bottle and a map in the pocket. Also the material in main part of the bag, needs more give. It's very hard to load the bag to max capacity, especially with rigid objects like snorkels and fins, when the material isn't flexible. Makes it pull too much on the zippers. My much smaller hiking pack can hold almost the equivalent of this bag. (Except for long rigid stuff, like my fins, for snorkling.I saw a lot about the zippers, in previous comments. Mine held up fine on my 8 day trip. (They do get caught easily on the material of the bag. But didnt seem to compromise their effectiveness)So my conclusion is, not really a overly practical long trip hiking bag, but worth the $35.00, if you are going on short day hike to do stuff like snorkling. Where you have large rigid supplies that need to be carried it. You can even put a very small food cooler in the bottom compartment. And carrying out your wet used stuff will feel almost as light as when you hiked in.

Great value!
It looks great! All zippers and buckles work. I'm taking it to Belize next week, so we'll see how it fares. So far, it's been a great value.Update: Took this pack to Belize, and it was fantastic. I had no issues with it at all. I'm 5'6", 150 lbs and this fit perfectly. I hiked for hours with this and it was comfortable the whole time.Totally recommend!

This bag works great. Very comfortable
This bag works great. Very comfortable. Mine is packed to the brim with a four person tent two twin blow up mattresses and pump camp stove first aid kit small fire kit map and more small necessities. It's comfortable to carry hours at a time and hold up to the abuse well.Update Sept 7 2018: still going strong being used for archery elk hunt. No tears My tent has been replaced with a 5lb sleeping bag, tarp, game bags, 3 days canned food, small cook stove and fuel can, accessories, 3 liter water bladder, and a bit more. Oh and off the belt hangs a heavy ruger super Blackhawk 8" barrel. All in all about 60lbs or a bit more. Heavy to pack for days but unbeatable performance for great price.

CHEAP STRAPS, don't waste your time
Don't waste your time with this item, the straps are super cheap.Great pockets design on the item, I wished it to work but the straps and belt are terrible. Better shop for something more professionally done for real backpacking but if you don't plan to put any weight in this bag then it might work for you. If you are going to carry any weight these straps will kill your back and shoulders

Its not bad not the best but not bad
Overall not a bad bag. Took it on a two day 26 mile hike over some pretty ruff terrain. The bag held up well with 35.3 lbs of gear. The problems i had with it were minor. The stiting on the top storage area of the bag started to fray. I sweat alot so i found that the back pads start to take on water because there just isn't enough air flow. The frame was nice but no matter how much i adjusted the straps it weighs more on my sholders then my hips. Could have been that i had it maxed out on the weight i was carrying. The second day of the hike it rained all morning and i found i couldn't get the rain bivy over the bag because of my sleeping mat. So the bag started taking on water. Needless to say i ditched my mat on top of a mountain so i could cut some weight and keep my bag dry. Id keep the bag at max weight of 25lbs and dont attach anything balky on the outside if your expecting rain.

THIS BACKPACK WEIGHS CLOSE TO 4 LBS.
Item does not weigh 2 lbs 7 oz. as stated. They later changed it to 3 lbs. This Backpack weighs close to 4 lbs.If your looking for a lightweight backpack don't be fooled by their false weight claims like I did.I also question if it has 60L of space as they claim.. more like 35L.What a waste of time & energy.
