I absolutely love this product for baking! This is a great way to get the strong strawberry flavor without having to deal with reducing fresh strawberries or dealing with the extra liquid from fresh strawberries.

Works well as a base but needs some flavor exploration. The strawberry powder itself is solid — good texture, mixes in fine, and the freeze-dried process preserves a decent flavor. It functions as advertised for baking, smoothies, and beverages. That said, I think there's room to tweak the flavor profile with other dried fruit varieties to round things out — on its own, the strawberry can come across a bit flat in certain applications. No sugar added is a definite plus. Functional product, just experiment with combining flavors to get the most out of it.

We have an old recipe that we like to use this in. By itself, it's terrible. If you mix in with smoothie or recipe, it's fine.

Flavorfully, colorful, the texture was a perfect powder, it mixes well into doughs creams and anything you wanna add a hint of strawberry and some beautiful red

Didn't taste very good at all. They had a weird grey color to them.

These worked fabulously for my daughter’s chocolate making. She made strawberry chocolate truffles. Both white and dark. Would buy again.
