The best has arrived
This a great product. I have to say that initially I was worried because of the cost; but, I researched all the compeditors and found this product to be the best. Lots of great stuff with it but the most importantly is that it worked out of the box with little effort. I'm so happy. To be fair, I already own an MSI laptop and it has performed wonderfully so no big surpise there; but I really did get surpised anyway. This box is just the best! I would recommend this to any serious gamer or just someone who wants the best laptop on the market.

Harddrive shows 87% with 5854 hours of use
Honestly, this has been a very frustrating experience with PCOnline US. I paid over $4,000 for what was advertised as a new laptop. When I checked the SSD, it already had about 5,800 power-on hours and was sitting at 87% health right out of the box. Yes, the laptop runs well โ but thatโs beside the point. When I buy new, I expect new components, not something that shows clear prior wear. What really disappointed me was the support from this seller. Instead of addressing the actual concern, I kept getting canned responses about Windows updates and power resets, which had nothing to do with the issue I reported. It felt like my evidence wasnโt being taken seriously and that the conversation was being steered away from the core problem. After a lot of back-and-forth, they issued a small $50 partial refund, which frankly does not come close to covering the cost of replacing the SSD to bring the system in line with new-condition expectations. Bottom line: the laptop itself is powerful and performs fine, but my trust in PCOnline US is pretty shaken. If you care about receiving truly new components, I would strongly recommend verifying everything carefully or buying directly from the manufacturer instead of a third-party reseller.

Steep Price, But Definitely Worth It!
Disclaimer: I did not purchase this laptop on Amazon, but purchased it elsewhere. However, the latptop I purchased is the same exact model as the one listed here. To be entirely up front and honest, I've never purchased an MSI system before. Nor am I a gamer by any stretch of the imagination. I bought this laptop with the intention of future-proofing as I'm sick of upgrading my hardware every 3-5 years. I was in search of a powerhouse laptop with the latest RTX 5090 in it, but a lot of popular websites inflate prices way too much. After snooping around on Amazon, I came across this laptop, and decided that this is the one I wanted to buy. But I decided to shop elsewhere to see if I could find a better deal. I came across an online store called Logic Loft, and they had it more reasonably priced, so I went with them instead. It took roughly 4 days to arrive at my doorstep, and after setting everything up, it has, so far, been one incredible experience. To say this thing is fast would be an understatement. Pro's: Very Fast. Boots up almost instantly. It has a big, 18" gorgeous display with dark blacks and crisp vivid visuals. The performance is rock solid and exceeded my expectations. In fact, it's great for local LLM inference, if you're into that kind of thing. I'm hitting around 350 Tokens per Second on smaller 4B models and over 100 tokens per second on 27B models without the GPU even breaking a sweat. FL Studio works flawlessly and can handle even the most demanding Kontakt libraries with ease. The build quality is absolutely excellent. Better than any other laptop I've ever owned. And the keys? Bliss when typing. The tactile feel of the keys land between a short throw mechanical keyboard and an Apple Magic Keyboard, like a perfect balance between the two. Not too mechanical and not too snappy, if that makes any sense. Con's: Only two cons in my experience so far. First is the battery life. Battery is hard to pinpoint as it heavily depends on how you're pushing the system resources and hardware. For basic stuff, I'd say the battery lasts quite a while, but if you're doing heavy stuff such as gaming or video editing in Davinci Resolve, it's gonna chew up that battery pretty quickly, so it's best to leave it plugged in whenever you can. The second con is the sheer size of this thing. This is not a small laptop. 18" is massive and will be hard to squeeze into a backpack if you like taking it with you. Personally, if you're the kind of person that takes your laptop with you, I'd recommend buying a backpack that is designed for bigger laptops like this one. Overall, it's a great laptop and I'm confident that it will last me a very long time. At least for another ten years or so. I'm sure at some point I'll need to purchase a new OEM battery for it, but that won't be for a few years down the road. Sure, it's a steep price for most people to pay all at once, but honestly, it's worth the investment. I couldn't be happier with the computer. Hope this helps.

A good premium pick
Amazing build quality on the laptop. The RGB looks awesome. May update on gaming performance, but the screen is beautiful. Four stars because the screen has around a pixel of edge lighting, which looks odd, but is mostly unnoticeable. Brick of a charger, but makes sense given the needs of the laptop, and the fact that most chargers/PSUs are most efficient at around 50% use. Fans can get a tad loud, but that's expected from this model, which stays rather cool so far.

Dead in 6 months.
Laptop lasted a whopping 6 months before the graphics card fried itself, never even used for gaming, just for work and running a 2nd monitor.
