Expensive Disappointment and Poor Customer Service
I’m really disappointed with the Full House 2.0 induction cooker + extractor. I paid €1,000, and after just over two years, the extractor stopped working. When I reached out to customer service, I was told the warranty had expired, so they couldn’t repair it and don’t sell spare parts separately. All the repair centers in Portugal agree the module needs replacing, but Klarstein hasn’t offered any solution beyond buying a new unit. Terrible service and a huge letdown.

Qualità prezzo ottima,cappa molto ingombrante
Ancora da accendere e montare,noto subito l’aspirazione alquanto enorme,quindi vi occuperà molto spazio sotto,ho postato le misure del piano visto che non ci sono su amazon a meno che non andate sul sito ufficiale.Spedizione ed imballo perfetti,direttamente da casa madre.Appena lo metterò in funzione vi aggiornerò

Schlechte Verpackung
Einmal zurückgeschickt wegen Defekt, Kochplatte Glas gebrochen. Dann Ersatz bekommen das gleiche Problem wieder. Jetzt dann zurück und Geld wieder zurück. Schaue mich woanders um. Service von Klarstein super, aber schlecht verpackt.

Bonne plaque mais hotte moyenne
La plaque est super bien par contre impossible de trouver les bons filtres pour la hotte. J'ai mis des standards (un peu trop grands) mais ça réduit trop l'aspiration et du coup ça n'aspire presque plus rienFaut voir avec un filtre plus fin et surtout du bon diamètre ...
