Order at least 2 sizes up. I ordered an XL and will be buying a second in at least a 2XL, because the straps dig into my hips very tightly. BUT--great support, and the pocket is perfect for a packer if you're trans masc. No more dick falling on the bathroom floor when I pull my pants down. Will also be great for swimming!

I have a size 29 waist and I bought "Small". It fits snug, but that's perfect for me. Sizing on these Vietnam or China - made items always tricky so this is a community service FYI.
