Yes, it works
Think all omega 3 supplements are the same? Think again. I switched to a different one and the hip pain returned. Pricy? Maybe but worth it for me.

The product works if you keep taking it regularly
So far, so good. You have to take it for at least a week or two to really start to feel results and I took about 3 a day and not just one a day because in reading reviews they tell you that you need to take at least 3 a day in order to feel the effects in a couple of weeks. But it has made a big difference now for me. I had horrible knee pain and now am able to walk much better - still have some pain, but not like it was before.
