Great for digestion
Was advised to buy this by a friend for weight loss/digestive aid. I can't say I've noticed the weight loss benefits but definitely helps with digestion. I take roughly a tea spoons worth a day and wash it down with water.

Makes great tea as well
Makes great tea as well, but use just a very small amount at a time and blend with other teas such as Lapacho and/or Jamaican Dogwood for a lovely treat and healthy too.
