Product is great, but I think from the time it leaves point A till it gets to me, someone or someone’s decided to use it as a football. I don’t think I’ve received a box that wasn’t destroyed. This last box was delivered to my house, sitting upside down and one of the lids was loose. Maybe taping the lids might be something to consider. Lost some liquid.Has a box that was, I guess so damaged they couldn’t deliver so it was returned and I got my money back ( thank you)

I was sad when one gallon was leaking and half full- the package looked beat up and I was hestitant to "INVEST" in Windex in the first place.... but with one complaint about my sadness- I was sent a whole new package!!! WHAT?! I didn't expect that. So kind, will be back as a return customer. I use a lot of this product on my countertops, they are granite and dark and this is one thing that cleans them WITHOUT streaks every single time! Highly recommend the product and the seller! 11 stars!
