Love this brush!! I use it while making art with colored pencils and sketching with graphite pencils. It is perfect for brushing away eraser and blending crumbs. The bristles are soft and do not shed. The handle is made of nice wood and has a hole for hanging. It came with a nice eraser and a stencil tool. I feel that if I take care of this brush it will last me many years.

I was so tired of all the eraser scraps left over on my drawings and sometimes when wiping them off you can leave smears from your hands and the pencil still on the page. This very soft brush is the perfect choice to remove the scraps without causing any streaking or other blemishes. The eraser and stencil are just an added bonus. I highly recommend this kit. Great price and great products.

this was very important for my drafting class for interior design. the eraser is not good quality at all but you can kinda tell from the pictures anyways. the brush on the other hand was great for brushing off the eraser bits and pencil shavings without smudging my drawings like my hand would. the eraser guard is equally as, if not more important for getting rid of barely visible lines to make a drawing more clean.

There are many tools that Artists, designers, draftsmen, engineers, and architects use on a daily basis. The drafting brush, while a simple tool helps these keep their work glean and free from erasure crumbs and grits. If one were to use there hand, a natural gesture, this action would smear the drawing and allow oils from the hands to transfer. It is a discipline in and of itself to use a brush to clear the drawing of debris. The value of a simple brush is incalculable. The quality of the one I received is above average, albeit a little smaller than ones I have used in the past, however, this is still useful and acceptable. The erasing shield and erasure is a bonus, but I was after the brush.

I've purchased several items from this company and I've been pleased with everything so far. The brush is wood very well made as is the eraser shield. For those that may not know, eraser shields are supposed to be thin and flexible. I'm not big on leaving reviews and I'll always read them before a purchase so I'm aware of the overall importance. I'll only give reviews when I'm confident others will be pleased as well.

Something else I was recommended to get for the woodworking class. The best eraser I ever used, no smudges just clean paper.

A little less heavy duty than expected but still worth having in my artist collection.
