There's a lot to like about this version. The controls are intuitive and the included extras are worthwhile and useful. The biggest thing that keeps me coming back to it is the relief it gives my eyes after long sessions at the computer. It's comparable to good eye-drops, but without the worry and expense that comes with regular drop use. The music feature is good, but critically, the headband doesn't interfere with airpods - it's really nice to chill out for 15 minutes with an audiobook and these. I also like the 15 minute timer. It's plenty of time to do the job and it's nice having that built in rather than having to have one more step before use. I originally thought I'd only be interested in the heat function, but it turns out that using heat + pressure is great for "spreading" the heat around. I find the pressure is perfect at the medium level (there are 3 strengths via the button). Lastly, it's not the biggest deal, but I appreciate that it charges via USB-C - this comes with a charging cable, but it's nice that it's the same as so many other devices now.

I will be returning this product. Did not even open the box. IT IS SO HEAVY. There is no way I want to put and keep something so heavy on my face which will then leave indentation. IT may work, don't know and not willing to try due to how heavy it is.

Ordered this product to help relieve general tension at the end of the day. Product arrived very quickly (without a Prime membership) and was well packaged for a safe delivery. Upon opening the eye mask- note that it comes half charged and must be fully charged before operating the first time. The directions are easy to read and follow. I personally liked the firm air pressure the best. The mask will stay on for 15 minutes as it runs through different routines of air pressure. It comes with preset music options though you’re able to connect it to your Bluetooth as well. There are several options to choose so if you don’t want music or heat, there are different combinations you are able to choose which I found nice. Customer service is always receptive. Overall, I’d recommend this product.

So I feel like this is more for men, because if you're a woman, it'll be way too big. It doesn't even massage your eyes, it massages your forehead. It's really nice, don't get me wrong. It's beautiful, and it works really, well, it just didn't work for me, because the whole idea of it being an eye massager and not massaging my eyes, it's kind of frustrating, so if you're a woman like me. I don't think\nYou'll like this.It doesn't work for us.They should label it for men

This was worth the purchase and have had better sleep since using this product. We love it so much we will be ordering one for each person in the house.

Was great when it worked. Used it during lunch break a few times a week. Very soothing that it helps me get sleepy. I was quite busy this few months so was not able to use it. I used it again after charging. The music works, but it no longer builds pressure or heats up. Even at maximum pressure and temperature it is just limp. It is now a gloried heavy eye mask that only lasted a year. Too expensive for such measly quality.
