What can you say about a hose end? This one is solid machined brass, not a brass plated zinc or aluminum casting. It is heavy for its size. It fits a 3/4" hose perfectly, tapping into place with a leather mallet. No utility knife carving required. The hose clamps have pros and cons. The band is, indeed, stainless steel. The tightening mechanism, however, is not. It is highly magnetic. Whether this will be a longer term issue is TBD. I tightened the clamp with a 9/32" socket, let it "age" for a day or two, and then re-tightened. Zero leaks. These ends are very good quality at a reasonable price, and come very well packaged in a bubble wrap pouch. I recommend them.

This item worked better than expected, I was able to fix the flexible house and it works better than new.

Little plastic piece that's supposed to stop leakage doesn't work but otherwise decent for the price Used it for the water input on my core drill.

I used these to repair a hose. They worked perfectly. No leaks.

We used this and attached some RV flex hose to it to help with winterization. The ends worked great. We keep them in the camper all of the time as a just-in-case scenario.

A complete waste of money and installation time. The fitting leaks no matter how tightly it is connected. The flange is too small to seal when connected to a standard hose bib or another hose, even if you use a hard rubber gasket instead of the very soft one that comes with these fittings. I would return them if it was not past the return window. Definitely do not recommend.

Satisfactory brass female receptacle for garden hose. I'm very satisfied with its appearance and way I put together.

Excellent fittings for pond 3/4" kink free tubing to 3/4" hose

These are made of pretty cheap materials, one of the o rings looked like it had been used before and had a hairline circular cut all the way around it. Needless to say that one leaked. Becuse the materials are cheap, it's hard to say it's a one off, but it might be. Either way, because I needed two I had to spend more to buy another o-ring and silicone it just to be sure. Might be better to spend a little more for higher quality products.
