Tasty protein made with water but you could use milk . Mixes well. I do prefer PhD however, this one works just as well although has a thinner consistency when mixed.

Added it to a fruit shake and it made it airy fluffy and brought out the flavour of the strawberries I added 😊 not lump at all (but I did put it through the nutribullet. Didn't plan on using it on its own.

Now my go to protein powder. With my last order, I also went for the chocolate, however as I use mine with Greek fat yoghurt, Ive found the strawberry works best!!

When it comes to protein powders I'm not really picky regarding flavour but I must say this one isn't very nice at all, Strawberry flavour. I like the protein powder in other flavours but this isn't one I'll be picking again.

A good way for me to get protein along with changing my food intake to more protein, as I struggle to eat I’m finding shakes an easy daily change to make, you get a scoop youll just have to dig for it it’s not an overpowering taste it’s really nice not clumpy or gritty at all really smooth I use mine with 250ml of green milk and one scoop of powder enjoy

Blends well but tastes absolutely vial to the point I was gagging. Don’t waste your money as it absolutely tastes like the most horrid taste imaginable.

I am on keto and try to use this stuff to get some goodness in me. This is one of the best flavours I’ve had and I’ve had a lot.

Der Hauptgrund ist, dass mir der Geschmack überhaupt nicht gefallen hat – es hat für mich stark nach „Käse“ geschmeckt, obwohl ich die Geschmacksrichtung Erdbeere bestellt hatte. Wegen dieses unangenehmen Geschmacks konnte ich es nicht weiter verwenden. Außerdem fand ich den Fettgehalt relativ hoch. Wenn Ihnen der Geschmack nichts ausmacht, ist es vom Preis her in Ordnung, aber für mich war es leider nicht
