Look good, value for money and fit for purpose
They are made from plastic but perfectly sturdy to plant up or place pots of plants inside. They have drains at bottom of the pots so no standing water. I purchased them for a seaside themed garden to resemble boats but work well anywhere as half barrels .

very happy
good drainage and doesn't look cheap despite it being plastic. Great value. Not too big, not too small, although bigger ones would be nice as well.

Looks Good
Re-vamping the garden. Cleared an overgrown flower an orbed to a raised stretch of 'patio', backed onto a wall.Choice of containers, viz: round, long, yukky grey, 'terracotta' etc, etc.So! OK, it's plastic. But it looks different, unusual, impressive even. You really would'nt consider an originalwooden tub or barrel, old, falling apart, and then slicing it. ( would you ? All those garden nasties old woodtends to attracts).Close up,these containers still give the impression they were once something else. To me they make yourpatch of ground look a bit special, compared to others using the same old boring methods and design.Preparing this item for flowers. You will need extra drainage holes. Then insert the filter. Use broken bits ofcrockery over and around the holed areas. Add your mix of sifted soil and compost, and you're off and running.Worth looking around for different container styles - at the right price! THESE, are an excellent start.
