I purchased this in April and did like the results however the cord shorts out and now the red light does not work and to get it to work at all you have to hold the wires firmly, which only works part of the time. So would say quality is lacking and buyer beware for long term. UPDATE - The company has replaced the item - Will keep you up to date if the replacement lasts

I have sun damaged skin from too many years playing in the South Florida sun. I read these red light therapy masks might help, so I gave it a shot. After almost 30 days, my wife said she noticed an improvement to my face. I did not, but I see myself every day, so perhaps the change was gradual enough for me to miss it. In any case, I did not mind daily use, although I can see the mask being difficult to wear for some folks as it’s not lightweight and doesn’t mold to my face very well. The quality is just acceptable, as are most products made in China, but yesterday the display lost some numbers showing the timer. I am returning it for this reason only. But I am purchasing another, (different manufacturer) to continue my treatments and hope for results I can see.

It’s about to be a month of using this mask every single day and I loved it! Unfortunately the wire connected to the mask is now flawed because depending on the angle of the usb cable connection, the mask lights flicker or turn off even with the remote on and fully charged. Will be returning. UPDATE: I returned the original one and got a replacement but now two months of having the replacement and the cable is causing the mask to flicker again!!! 😒 unfortunately the return window for this one I closed and now I’m left with trash. UPDAT UPDATE: I have gone through 4 of these masks and all have wire shortages after 2 months. DO NOT BUY. Spend your money on one that actually lasts half a year or more

I purchased the product in April. I use it frequently and love it. However it’s completely shorted out and no longer works. It stopped mid timer and just flashes on and turns off. Can’t even get the wires to connect for longer than 3 or 4 seconds. Wish it lasted longer!

The USB cable becomes hot to the touch as soon as you plug it in. My mask is stuck on green. The remote doesn’t connect to the mask. Overall waste of money. Probably a fire hazard. Should be banned from selling on Amazon.

Terrible product. Worked for 30 days ( just past the return window) Shorted cord or controller, won't stay on one color.

Mask needs to be charged frequently. Cannot use while charging.

Lasted less than six months before it shorted out. Not worth it.
