Just a tip: start with the lowest level because it is quite powerful The suction is powerful but comfortable, and the heat gives it a plus that feels super good on the back and neck. In addition, it is portable, so you can take it anywhere without problem. In terms of quality, it feels well made and resistant. For the price, it's definitely worth it. I recommend it if you are looking for something effective for massages and relaxation without having to spend on therapies constantly.

After about two weeks of use so far, I really like it so far. I like that it comes in a pack with multiple. The size is just right for what I needed. I got it because I’ve been looking for something with heat/red light/massage capabilities so that I can apply it to some of the spots where I experience endometriosis pain. I never knew a product like this existed, so it has been a pleasant surprise. So far so good. I would say that overall it’s a good quality and good value for money.
