within 1 month my muffler welds came off while riding, breaks were working improperly, and when i finally looked at the welds on the bike itself... trash!! customer service did help me so thanks to them but the product is dookie

Okay, so almost about a week after getting this bike, I had to hold off on my review until I 99.9% was sure on the quality of the bike as well as the customer service. I give customer service 5 stars, because I have run into an issue with my bike, meaning it would not start for the entire week that I've had it. They have been very supportive and helpful with giving me instructions on the things that I could possibly do to get the bike to start. The bike overall, (I have yet to ride it, but I plan on doing so next week), it's a great sized bike for me, it'll be a great project bike as well, to help me before getting back into real bikes. The only thing that I do not like, is the kick-starter, because after breaking my hip during military training, it makes it hard for me to put in 100% strength to kick. Other than that, everything is literally great. I have run into a problem where my bike would not start for the first week that I had it, after replacing the oil, battery, and gas. It turns out that it was the most SIMPLE issue, the spark plug socket was not properly secured, that was it. I appreciate this company for reassuring me, and helping out the best way that they could, and I'll 9/10 will make another purchase from them in the future.

Bike was pretty much already assembled. Delivery was ridiculously fast, Customer support was completely supportive to anything i needed or just had questions about. If you're thinking about it, just buy it and save your self some time.

Oil leak, vibration and clutch,in just 7 days,fixed oil leak,and rode it till covid 19 hit,then rode 50 more times till no spark issue 15th July 2021 tried CDI THEN COIL ETC then stator and stator burned out took off fairing to check and found dead short in crushed wiring and crack IN FRAME a factory defect for sure! I,m totally disappointed in regards to getting our refund and the run around from the SELLER. This is a unique claim and should be justified by helping out with getting a refund or replacement because of the factory defects that surfaced after riding for a few months,please read this over carefully and don't tell us about warranties. I am a disabled veteran and can't use my legs and the concept of haveing an automatic transmission was great,so I bought the Roketa 150cc from Amazon and it was a problem right from the start,oil leaks,vibrations in transmission,then the worst,no spark,and diagnosed by professtionals,a dead short in the wireing harness,in addition the stator was burned out and a crack was discovered in the frame when the pro's removed the plastic outside on the bike,that's the condition of my Roketa 150 as of right now after almost two years of letters etc,etc,etc and yatayatyat with customer service,promises,promises, someone owes me and that someone works at AMAZON

Absolutely LOVE the bike. It’s actually bigger than expected even though I am 6’2, still fits good. & I actually hit 70mph on it on highway & it really does go 80mpg ($2.50 gas) !!! HIGHLY recommend this product if your searching for a cheap, reliable, scooter with a sports bike body !!!! Vroom Vroom Baby 😉🏍🏍
