I love the light spectrum and the fixture seems well built. It does not have purple led’s as the description states.Having the dimmers in the back is not the aggravation I thought it would be. The dimmers are smooth and easy to adjust. I like the numbers on the dimmers and that makes it easy to match the spectrum on both fixtures.The fan system is strong and you can feel the air blowing out of the vents. All the other fans I sent back were quiet but I would rather have strong fans that keep the fixture cool than have the fans inefficient and the led’s get hot and burn out on me. This happened to my old units.The cords are a little short for my system but I can rearrange my timers.I will see how this unit performs and give amother update.

Light seems good. I like that it has individual power controls for blue and white lights.I have similar lights from a different brand and the benefit of those seem to be that the fans are not always running. These lights have the fan turn on as the lights do and I am anticipating them dying much quicker. The fans are also much nosier than the other brand.So far so good. Zoas are all doing well and tank has good color.

I have mine connect to my Apex so it can turn it off by the channels. My only gripe is the fans are pretty loud. I have heard louder but I can clearly hear them over my pumps, skimmer and everything else. They are the loudest part of my reef tank.

The dual controls on this light are very balanced and easy to use. The spectrum is phenomenal. The installation hardware is straight forward and simple to use. I love this light. I cannot wait for my others to go out so I can replace them with one of these! The pictures below say it all. This unit is on the center, you can see how it outperforms the others. This is a 36” deep tank, and the light illuminated all the way to the sand.

This light works great. It has help my saltwater tank a lot. I would buy another one from them.

salt caused this light to fail. I have another 165watt led light that is still working after 2 years.

I placed this over my cube tank and it is incredible. Super bright but dim-able. Fans are quiet, I have this in my living room and do not notice the noise. Have had this 2 weeks and the corals seem to love it!

Great light for inexpensive reef building. I have 1 of them (on the right) (and an older one from Amazon) over a 55 gal has been great for growing anemones, torches, frogspawn, zoanthids, lobos, acans, and ricordia mushrooms!
