NYDJ Women’s Barbara Bootcut Fit Denim Jeans

I am about 5’4 and weigh 140. I bought a size 4. The NYDJ website suggests sizing down. When I put them on they felt ALMOST too tight to zip and I thought what have I done! But I got the zipper up. At first I thought, great too small. But the rest of the pant fit perfectly and a 6 would have been way too big. Luckily, the fabric is so forgiving and stretches to fit your body after wearing them. Now I loce the fit and was very comfortable in them for hours of sitting, walking, standing.

These are the best jeans I think I've ever owned. Very comfortable, very very flattering, and the quality looks good. These really do lift the tush. Even through I'm 5'2 I typically regular length, jeans and pants because I like to wear 3 inch heals. These were crazy long however after I washed them they did shrink a tiny bit and they do fit a little better.

I have worn these jeans for years and keep coming back to buy them again. They label a size off to flatter one, but for example, it you order a size 8, it actually fits like a size 10. Read the fine print on the order sheet and it will tell you so. That said I love the fit, very flattering, and comfortable. I will continue to buy this jean until they don't make it any more. The one thing I don't like is that they don't last long. To be elastic, the fabric is not as durable as other jeans, and the color continues to bleed in the wash forever. But, they fit so well, I overlook those issues.

This was my third pair of black Sure Stretch NYDJ jeans. NYDJ in sure stretch is the most comfortable, stretchy pair of jeans you will find. I have multiple pairs and they have never let me know. As with all NYDJ jeans, order a size smaller than you normally would. The fabric is such high quality that they stretch and mold to your body with excellent recovery. Tired of the rearend or knees bagging out or losing its shape? Sure Stretch will solve this problem. Because of the excellent "stretchability," as I go up and down in sizes I am still able to wear my Sure Stretch NYDJ in smaller and larger sizes. I can't do that with other jeans. Worth every penny!

Although I'm 5.6, the jeans are still a bit long. So, keep that in mind. The button is not easy to open or close initially, but it gets looser by just opening and closing it several times. Other than that, I'd say they're perfect. The leg cut is stylish, especially with my skinny legs. The color is vivid and they are true to size. I recommended them.

The jeans are nice and fit well. The problem was that there was a dirty pacifier in the back pocket. Gross.

Not only do these jeans deliver on fit and comfort, they stay that way all day. You will not need to hitch these up after a few hours. I went to do just that out of habit when I got out of the car and was so pleasantly surprised that they stay where they lay and they lay just beautifully. Gently hugged all my curves in all the right ways!

I don't like these pants at all. Wrong fit in many ways. I also really dislike customer service with NYDJ. I'll never buy from this company again.

I am size 18 and always expecting difficulties to find jeans for the shape of my body. These jeans are straight and not tight at the bottom. Fits well but expensive. Still I am happy.

Listen up all you pear shaped ladies. These jeans are so flattering on anyone with an ample derrière.I’m 5 feet 8.5 inches. 165 lbs. Happily pear shaped. I ordered a size twelve. Did not want to take them off. Will order in white and black. Must have wardrobe stable if you struggle with pants/jeans. The slight flare at the bottom really balances out the larger hip thing. They are very comfortable and have a lot of stretch. Fit was spot on which is so rare for me.

I love this brand it fits perfectly and looks good but it is expensive and should last longer than it does.

recommended one size smaller is too tight. should have bought a size 14.
