A great book for pharmacists, easy to read and easy to understand. Lots of great and crucial information pharmacists must learn. Cheap and cheerful.

Well informed and extensive source for anyone needing an introduction to pharmacology in the clinical setting - is a little text intensive in areas. However, it needs to be to adequately explain the topic.

Chapters set out with important clinical considerations and not overloaded with waffle. Really easy to read, love it.

This book is a must and covers normal and abnormal physiology along with pharmacology and up to date guidelines and rationale for prescribing. It truly is a great book and cannot recommend highly enough

The book is written almost for a non-pharmacist to get familiar with possible pharmacotherapeutic options in various conditions and therefore, misleading. Many important drug characteristics of clinical significance are not systematically presented in this book (e.g. CYP metabolism, pregnancy and breastfeeding info, dose adjustments in renal or liver impairment etc.). The thing is, I wouldn't mind all that if the book was up to date, but it unfortunately isn't. The 2019. edition regularly cites outdated infomation on several ocasions. I would gladly return the book, had it not been too late.
