This is a must have product for all. Its not like only workout people take this, but it can be taken by all. Dont buy this.I use to buy this tablets for several years.But this time the tablets I got was much darker red color and soon it started showing some brown black fluding coming out of it.It looks like few of the tablets got bad and it affected the rest.Very disappointed with this purchase.Wont buy from this brand any more.
