Is this balsamic vinegar organic?

It doesn’t say anything about being organic on the label

What other ingredients besides the balsamic vinegar?

Naturally occurring sulfites and red grape must.

does it say how long it is aged for?

In the listing, "Ariston Balsamic of Modena, Italy, aged up to 12 years." Not bitter at all; rather, it's a tad sweet. You don't even need oil! This is absolutely the best BV I've ever tasted.

Is this in a glass bottle?

I purchased the white balsamic and it was in a glass bottle
