These are awesome flash drives. And a great price. They work well for music transfers and also for machine embroidery design files. EDIT....After using these, I've had 3 out of 15 that I used that won't load data. So I had to trash those. I'm hoping I don't keep finding "dud" flash drives. Couldn't change the 5 stars or I would have lowered the rating because of this.

I purchased 10 of these to use in my classroom. In just the first week of school, we’ve found 2 of 5 flash drives used so far do not work. The computers will not recognize them as being plugged in. I had planned to save 5 to use 2nd semester, but am going to test the rest of them this week to determine whether to return these. I like that they include a lanyard and the colors make them easy to organize in a classroom. But if 20% or more of them don’t work, they don’t really serve their purpose. Update: I contacted the company and they mailed me replacements in less than a week with no hassle. I’m happy with the customer service, so increasing my original rating of 2 stars to 4.

These are my go to I can put them in any TV at any venue and they always work. I’ve been burning in the past, but these are formatted for basically any TV I’ve encountered.

These worked great. Recently my father passed, he was one heck of a guy and creative too. He liked to tote his 8mm camcorder around in the early 00's until the battery went out in it. He had a skit that he made while camping in the Oregon wilderness up at the Oregon Caves in our home town of Cave Junction. The gist was he was tracking bigfoot, played by himself. It is funny enough to make you cry, the comedy was amazing. Well this last winter I got these thumb drives to upload that video on from a DVD I had. I sent these out to all his grand kiddos for Christmas this year and a letter to each that I wrote on his behalf expressing his love. Essentially this was his final goodbye. Now each of his grand kiddos has a copy and a token memory that will last forever. Highly recommend for the price.

1 star for my not reading right. Thought it was 8TB. got what I paid for. Did a file transfer fill up. seems to work ok. Can store some text files or the like on it at least.
