Zzzzzt!
A lot of fun! There really isn't a toy like this one elsewhere on Amazon, so I decided to give it a shot. I loved it. It isn't overly painful and is very enjoyable. The snap of the electricity arcing is very exciting. You can also press the toy into the skin before activated it to shock without the snap, so you can use it discreetly. -- If you're on the fence about e-stim or the likes, I'd say get this toy as a beginner. That was what I did and it provides a great balance of pain and pleasure. Which, depending on how or where you use it, pain can vary but pleasure is always high.My only complaint is the overall size of the toy, I feel like the length is mostly for show. It's certainly a sight when you or your partner whips it out, but at times can be a little awkward because of the length. Not really an issue for me. Storage isn't impossible, but might be a concern for some folks.

PRESS BUTTON FOR SMALL CHARGE HOLD BUTTON FOR CONTINUOUS CHARGE
the entire toy is made of plastic so it feels like a harry potter toy wand you'd buy from toys'r'us back in the day which to me makes it feel cheap but it was a relatively cheap shock toy so i can't really complain about the quality of it's materials too too much because what it does IT DOES WELL.yes, if you press the button it will hold a charge and shock the next thing it touchesno it does not provide a spark until contact is made, all yall babies complaining, just touch it if you want the spark to happen early... if you are too afraid to touch it then maybe you shouldn't be using it huh?tempting to take some leather ribbon and wrap the toy to make it look as good as it feels~

Interesting and fun to play with
The Doc Johnson Stinger is just that, a stinger. It does not make a sound or show a spark while you're pressing the button. You will see and hear the spark as well as feel a mild zap when the metal contacts touch your skin. It's lightweight, gives a mild zap, and will not leave a burn mark. Uses 2AA batteries. The downside is the Stinger holds a charge after releasing the button and will cause an additional zap if the metal contacts are touched. Simply administer the final stinging sensation without holding the button.

I love this thing
I love this thing! The loud noise it makes is great! It’s supper enticing and scary. It’s not painful so if your hardcore it’s not gonna make you happy. It feels a pinch literally! If you press and hold the button and apply it to skin it send a current and leave a sting and a mark but that’s about it!It’s a great toy for beginner people into electro play.

Good introduction tool
Batteries seem to last about 3-5 "sessions" depending on how much it's used. Which was okay. The shocks are a suitable strength and are variable based of how long you wait between pushing the red "charge" button and touching the skin. The size of the visual arch is inversely proportional to the pain of the shock

Hold it down to charge it up with juice and let it zap!!
This thing is great. How ever if you are expecting a shock stuck that you control the zap maybe think about something else. With this guy you as soon as you touch the button it is charged and active weather you hold it down or not. So, I have forgotten that it's charged a fee times and got a wake-up zap unexpectedly. Maybe it's just mine that's like that, But with that being said it is still one of my favorite props to use in a scene. It hits hard and sharp but no lasting effects means you're counterparts (f it )sub doesn't get all self aware and try and change the situation because of something you can't control. I recommend to anyone thinking about it get it but be sure it's what she wants or is at least willing to try because if not it might be an expensive paper weight.

Lack of reviews, bought it to review it
No reviews here so figured I would be the first to test itStart with the pro's - The properly applied shock is mild. More sight and sound than actual pain. With that I only tested on my forearm, but have multiple times. With the 2 AA batteries in it is very easy to handle, feels good in the hand. The body is all molded plastic so no chance of the operator getting shocked by the handle.Cons - I found one review online comparing it to the original tazapper and that review is spot on for the safety issue they addressed. When the button is no longer pressed the charge remains so if contact was made even after releasing the button a shock will occur. I cannot confirm if this is also an issue with the tazapper at this point as I do not own one, yet. If the issue exists with that I will update this review. Also with further testing of the device it will self discharge after holding the button for a few seconds. In addition to my review of it and the review I found online, I have noticed the absence of the zapper on the kink site(or I am not looking hard enough). I will be contacting Kink and Doc Johnson about the issues as well.Recommendation - Middle of the fence really. Interesting toy but the safety issues have me concerned. Will play with it some more and update review accordingly.-------EDITAfter review they still use the Tazapper on there sites most recent releases. I find that very suspicious.----EDIT 2 - October 2017Bought the Tazapper, well worth the money. None of the issues that exist with this are in the Tazapper.I also contacted the kink store, they tried to sell me one from them. I followed with if they can confirm that the issues I raised do not exist with their product I would buy it, they said they would look into it. I also attempted to post a review on their site with my criticism of it and they did not approve of it, as of several weeks later.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Buy the Tazapper from TheKinkShopI am not paid by either place and paid with my own money for each toy
