Provides a strong, kneading neck and upper shoulder massage. As good as any excellent massage therapist. Alleviates all the stress knots. The heat feature is wonderful and feels very soothing. Features work well and as described. Note that the device is slightly heavy and cumbersome and is more difficult to use with a higher back chair - best used when sitting in a chair with a lower back that does not reach the massage arms of the device. Also, you can't use your arms/hands while using the neck massager as arms must go thru loops with forearm resting on the straps and exerting a downward pressure to keep the massager firmly pressed into your neck and upper shoulders. Notwithstanding this, it provides a great massage and I really like it. I will definitely use it regularly!

I just try this massage neck and shoulders. I tried and believe me is the best massage I ever have. I being have really bad upper back and neck pain. This device is just great. And what i love is wireless and you can activate the heat . It feels so good. If you're in the market for a massager you just found the right one. Don't wait. Cause you won't be disappointed believe me.

Works really well for relieving neck and shoulder tension. The pressure is solid without being too aggressive, and the heat is a nice touch. Battery life has been good so far, and it’s convenient not having to deal with a cord. Overall, a good buy for the price.

Does what it is advertised to do. Great for personal use if you don’t have someone to massage you or go to an actual Masseuse. I Also appreciate how it’s compact and portable. This treats exactly the spot as shown in the pictures. It does get very deep in the top of the shoulder area below the base of neck but misses a key spot for me which is about an inch or two lower. So it simulates tiny hands vs normal to large. IMHO I think it’s lacking in pressure on the neck. I couldn’t manage to manipulate the positioning of it to get it to go deeper in that area. You cannot use it anywhere else on your back effectively, you can barely feel it. Therefore it does not replace my much larger and pricier plug in shiatsu shoulder massager that I can use up and down my spine. I’ve seen these things on TikTok for a while now and was very curious. For the price point I think I will keep it and just use it separately as part of a multi device massage therapy session. An all in one would be great but I can’t afford a massage chair, lol.

This neck massager exceeded my expectations! The heat function feels amazing after a long day, and it really helps loosen up tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. It honestly feels like a mini massage therapist at home. Super easy to use and very relaxing! I even had my dad tried it, and he said it feels relaxing, another good thing about it, that is also a wireless.

I can only review this based on my own feelings. Feelings is what one gets when hooking up to this machine. I purchased with the intention of helping my mother who has very bad shoulder neck pain and was hopeful that it would really help out. That is, until it arrived. After reading the directions and charging the unit, it was go time. Was looking forward to some deep tissue massage, you know, relaxing. Instead I got two Terminator hands attempting to smash my neck. I couldn't fathom putting this device on my mother who's very fragile. I'm only glad that Amazon was quick to refund after promptly returning item. To be fair, someone who's much bigger, might have luck with this device. Mom is 5'6 110lbs. I'm 6'1 170lbs. It's just way too powerful to be relaxing and pain relieving. I wanted so badly for this to work. I wish it would have worked cause Mom is running out of items to try. I wish we could share ideas with each other in the review section.

Has worked great, and been a neck saver for 5 months, but the battery life suddenly has dropped. After letting it complete a full charge, the red light starts blinking after 1 cycle using low heat.

This back massager is unique and an improved version from another one I have. It has 4 massagers with good range of motion for the neck and upper back. The straps helps get to the right spots with the right pressure. And there's no wires that get in the way, it's cordless.

hardly two months and not used much but when tried it today the battery is dead and not working even after hours of charging, don’t know if they will replace it since there is no warranty mentioned.

This is great, works well, it can feel a bit sore to start with as you're not used to it but you quickly get used to it and can very very soothing. The buttons all work well with minimal pressure and it's rechargeable so no expensive batteries.

This product is worth it! I can see it saving me money from going to massage appointments! Go get one if you can!

Then, I do the research online for the best quality shoulder massage with a good price. And I came up with snailax with many positive reviews online for this product. Then I received mine which I will say that I am very satisfied and happy with the comfort to relieve my shoulder and back pain. The kneading balls they use is very unique. I am now using this daily after work for comfort. This product is highly recommended and good investment to relieve your back pain and shoulder.
