If I could have given this 0 Stars I would have. You can't fit these in your nostrils if you're a human being. The stems are too short and at a horrible angle to fit inside your nose.. can't even speak to whether it works or not cuz I couldn't get it to fit inside

Won't stay in your nose, if you turn while asleep it falls out. Nothing to hold it in. Does nothing so save your money.

It appears to be a novelty item, like something you get at a discount trick store.

The product is a huge help it keeps me asleep and my acid reflux has Gone down and I wake up feeling rested

I'm not sure if it works, as I live alone. It takes some getting used to having something so ill-fitting in your nose while you sleep but I did it. I wasn't sure how to clean them and one came apart while I was trying to clean it and I haven't been able to put it back together so I'm down to one for home and travel. The travel case is a nice touch.
