About the Author Lee has been creating since she discovered crayons at age two. She comes from a long line of quilters and learned everything she knows from her mother, affectionately known as "The Guru". Lee loves all things fabric-from zippy pouch to queen size quilt-and everything in between. With a love of colour and bold graphic shapes, she enjoys designing patterns, teaching all types of quilting and sewing classes and sharing her adventures on her blog, www.maychappell.com. Trained as a graphic designer, she brings a clean, fresh look to her projects! She teaches a Craftsy course called Quilt Faster: Accurate, Streamlined Piecing. Her work has appeared in Modern Patchwork, Quiltmaker and other publications.
