I have had my hip circle band for over a year and it has not stretched out! Nothing shows wear, except for a little sweat! Glad I went with Hope! What's great is, if you don't know many exercises-go to YouTube and look for Hope Fitness Gear videos! My husband is 210lbs and I'm 165lbs. The biggest band is perfect. I suggest using their size guide. The grippy (black) strips work awesome on bare skin or over leggings. The price is very competitive compared to other brands. Oh, it comes in a nice carry bag if you want to bring it to the gym.

Really like this band and the resistance it gives. However I’m interested to see how it holds up. Some of the elastic on the inside is fraying and I can tell it’s not as tight as it started. I haven’t used it more than a 1.5 and only probably average 3 exercises a week with it, if that

The hope fitness gear band is amazing. It is by far my favorite band to use for leg/booty work. It is thick and provides excellent resistance. It doesn’t slip or roll at all which is one of the most important things I look for when buying a band.
