Q: Hi! Is it powerful evough to blow hair/a dress during a photoshoot?

Can't really say that I have used the fan for hair and dress movement in a photo shoot, but I can say that whilst walking pass the fan I have had a few Marilyn Monroe moments regarding my dress and defiantly many Dianna Ross moments with my hair, ( a chorus of ' reach out and touch somebody's hand') ringing in my ears. Summary it's very powerful and quite noisy but I love it. Being a grandmother of a certain age carrying a few extra pounds around my waist, this fan is my new best friend, I literally carry it around room to room in the hot weather, plus any dog lovers out there, my 2 Dachshunds ( the krays) love laying in front of the fan.

Q: Can it get rusty with humidity and time? My father in law had a very similar fan in Brazil, and it got rusty.

I don’t have it long enough to be able to say but it can be taken apart to clean so maybe with regular cleaning/drying in a humid environment it would prevent rusting.

Q: Just checking, but is the motor quite hot for other people?

No no more than usual that I noticed. Isn't that wonderful Amazon created this service that people can know real people's experiences before buying. I buy from Amazon without any doubts any more, Because I know Amazon will refund me. And they always do. Some company's return policies are cumbersome but Amazon always refunded me. I don't see those companies are selling on Amazon any more. Thank you Bezos.

Q: Can you use a fan speed controller on this device to further lower the speed and reduce noise? Thank you.
