Gefu Strainer Disc for Food Mill, one size, xxx

I bought the Gefu food mill a number of years ago and really love it. Recently I wondered if there was a disc for the mill that could be used to make spaetzle, and found this 8mm version. Turns out this was perfect for that use.

I ordered 8mm but received 1mm so I cannot really say if it is good or not. I was planning a meal around this but it is not going to happen. Disappointed.

Attention ce produit n'est pas universel. Il ne s'adapte pas à tous les moulins à légumes.Pour le diamètre ok mais sur le mien la grille tourne car les ergots de blocage ne correspondent pas à mon appareil

Ottimo per qualsiasi preparazione, soprattutto il purè e gli gnocchi. Formato eccellente. Lo consiglio per chi ama la praticità in cucina.
